The firm

KSFlorestal is an independent forest asset advisory based in Brazil. Born from what we learned working on the asset manager side of the table — not the generic consultant side.

We serve institutional investors, asset managers and forestry funds who need real seniority in acquisition decisions, portfolio integration, long-term financial planning and fiduciary governance.

In parallel, we develop our own software for the sector — instrumenting deliverables with the same rigor we apply in advisory.

Forestry Engineer with 23 years in the sector.

19 of those years as Senior Forestry Manager at one of the world's largest forest asset managers, with direct management of 200,000 hectares across 7 Brazilian states. Full cycle of forest fund participation: acquisitions (M&A), operational management, structured divestments and fund wind-down.

Led the implementation of a forestry ERP system at industrial scale, ensuring integrity of operational and financial data. Active member of the Compliance Committee in a high-exigency corporate environment.

Confirmed international experience: Paraguay, in land prospecting and monitoring standards in partnership with a Swiss asset manager specialized in forest-linked securities; Uruguay; United States; Canada.

Today, independent advisor based in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
